Wishing You Happiness

Susie from The Dies Have It here with a simple encouragement card.  I used my Silhouette and some brown vinyl to cut the little boy and girl and also the music notes.  Love the vinyl because it is self adhesive which makes it easy to apply.  The little sentiment is from the new set called Tag Your It Two and you can find it right here.

Here is the card for you to see:

And here is a close up of the sentiment:

As you can see, Joy's stamps are perfectly cut and stamp beautifully each time. And that's music to my ears!!

If you have time, I would love to share the details of today's project with you, so just click on over to The Dies Have It.

You Rock!

Hello and happy Thursday!
Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here to show you my project for this week.

This week is all about music inspired projects.
I decided to make a cute little Itunes gift card holder.

Here is the little holder opened:

I used the stamp "You Rock" from the Father & Son set:

Jukebox CD Case

Hello!  It's Patty from the Crafty Kitten
with a CD Case project for you.

I'm going to burn music that my sister loves and give this to her for her birthday.

The stamp I used for the front is from Joy's new Tag You're It - Set One.

Here's the inside of the case.

I used Everyday Occasions set from Joy's Life for the saying on the CD.

You can pick up all the stamps used for this project and the CD cases here.

Stop by my blog for more details on how I made this.
I hope you have a wonderful day.

Altered CD case

It's Megan again! I'm so excited to share this project with you. Joy sent us these super cute CD cases to work with this week and at first I was intimidated. Then I decided to just jump in. I love how this turned out! It's kinda simple, but I guess I'm a kinda simple gal ;)

I used some My Little Shoebox Keepsake paper and stickers - the little music notes match the theme perfectly. I sewed the paper before I adhered it to the cd case.
I just love this sentiment from Joy's Life Tag You're it TWO

A Little Something Yummy

Hello Everyone, Nina here with a little gift box I put together for a crafty friend! She just got her Cameo and I think it would be nice to send her a download card with some sweet crafty goodies in a tin box from Joy's store:)

The good thing about using washi tape on the CD Box is that everything can be reused by the crafty friend! Even the tapes can be peeled off and put on a project :) I stamp the sentiment "A Little Something Yummy" (Tag You're It Set One) directly onto the CD Case with some StazOn Cotton White Ink (which can be removed by the StazOn cleaner :) Yummy!

And here is what is inside:
You can find more details on how I made the tape punch-outs on my blog here.

This has been a fun and crafty month on the blog, many wonderful projects by the design team girls. Can't wait to see their new creations! Don't forget to follow the blog :) Happy Crafting!

You and me....CD Case

Hello everyone! Laura here from Laura's Crafts & More...This week our challenge is to use a CD case that Joy gave us! These CD cases are so cool & there are so many different possibilities in using these! I decided to make a "Mix CD" for my husband....next month will be 27 years since we met and I thought I would make him a CD with some of our songs throughout the years!

And here is a close-up of the AMAZING stamps! :) I used "You and Me..." from Everyday Occasions and the music image from Tag You're It 2!

And here is a look on the inside of the case...

I love how these come with the plastic insert! I bought some these before from other places, but they didn't have the insert! Crazy!!

Just a Note - CD Case

Hi, it's Lori from got2bcrafting.  Happy Memorial Day to you all!!  I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  :)

Today I am sharing a CD case that I have altered to hold some fun little note cards.  I used the "Just a Note" stamp from Joy's Life Tag You're It - Two stamp set.

Here's a closer look at the stamp:

For the note cards on the inside, I once again used the "Just a Note" stamp along with the musical notes stamp, also from the Tag You're It - Two stamp set.

In order for the note cards to fit inside the CD case,  I cut them a tad smaller than a regular A2 size card.  The envelopes are slightly too big but the ends fold up a bit and  fit inside.  :)

You can find all of Joy's awesome stamps and these fun CD cases, right here at the Joy's Life Products Page.

If you would like more information regarding my project today, head on over to my blog.

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed my project. :)
Have a fabulous week!

Go Wild!

Well...today is bittersweet for me...
I'm excited that it's my Joys Life DT post day
but sad that it's my last post on Joy's team...
I want to give a great big THANK YOU to Joy for
being such an amazing and generous person.
I've been on Joy's team twice now and
both times have been Amazing!
Thank you Joy...I wish you all the best:)

I would also like to give a shout to the rest
of the DT..You are all amazing and Best Wishes
to all of you:)

Now on to my post...
Joy gave us all these really cool metal
CD Cases and asked us to create with them..

Here's what I came up with
Front

The way it Wobbles...

Close Up

Wouldn't you love to get your
favorite CD in a case all decorated
with a Rockin' Fox telling you
to "Go Wild"??

I new right away that the "Go Wild" stamp
from Joys stamp set called Lots of Puns was
the perfect fit.  I also had to use the "Musical Notes"
stamp from her newest set called
Tag You're It Number Two...
You can get these stamps and the
metal CD cases HERE!

Relax and Unwind

Hi Super Followers!! This is Jennie from Earthy Scrap.
This week we are decorating some amazing CD Cases
that are available at the Joy's Life Store!!
Do you think kids still exchange Mix CDs
(what some of us remind as Mix Tapes)??
How cool was it right??
That is why I quickly thought about this cassette cut from Indie Art.
I also used my Imagine Cartridge Industrial Glow
which I didn't really care for until I made this project!! Now I can't wait to try it again!!
To add another touch of throwback I used my Spirograph
with some buttons and Trendy Twine.

One thing that I LOVE about Joy's Life stamps is that Holiday sets can also be used all year like this "Relax and Unwind" Stamp that you can find in the Halloween Puns Stamp Set.

Just in case you are curious about how they look without the embellishments...
Here's a look!!

Well I hope I inspired you to give these CD Cases a try, they are really a bomb!!
Take Care!!

Bright and Happy CD Case

Hello everyone!  This is Amy, a.k.a. redheaded crafter!   This was made using the Tag You're It 1 & 2 stamp sets...  These sets are so much fun!  :)  Our challenge this week was to alter a CD case, which Joy also sells!  The possibilities are endless for one of these awesome cases!  I didn't want to embellish this too much because you would probably stack this with other CD's...  :)

See all of the Joy's Life stamp sets HERE!

Happy Graduation!

Hi Guys!
Stacey here from Stacey's Creative Corner
Our challenge this week was to create something for all those graduates in our lives. My "baby" is graduating high school this year so I decided to make a banner for one of his grad party decorations.

I stamped a little sentiment under the grad caps on each end using the Everyday Occasions Stamp Set.
